HUNT OF A LIFETIME FOUNDATIONIt began with a mother’s determination to make her son’s dream of going on a Canadian moose hunt come true. Tina Pattison’s son Matt was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s disease. Tina knew if she was going to give her son this gift she had little time left. She began by making a call to the Make-A-Wish Foundation only to learn that after intense harassment from animal-rights groups when it granted an Alaskan brown bear hunt, the foundation no longer granted those types of requests.
